Our core trade
Strip-out and reinstate cavity flashings, weep holes, and damp courses. We sequence the brick removal so the wall stays supported throughout. Full replacement, break out and brick up, or brick up only where the membrane is installed by others. Priced per lineal metre, quoted within 24 hours of inspection.
Supporting remedial services
We extract corroded lintels and install correctly-specified galvanised or stainless steel. We manage the prop and pack sequence so your programme isn’t disrupted.
Bulk repointing in lime or cement mortar. Mortar mix matched to the existing fabric so the job blends in. We programme to your access and weather windows.
Diagnosis and helical stainless reinforcement. We provide method statements and photo records suitable for the engineer or strata committee sign-off.
Stainless remedial ties to BS 8221 and AS 3700. Inserted with helical or resin-fixed methods depending on the substrate. Full set-out drawings provided.
Cut out and replace damaged bricks with matched units, to your scope or the engineer’s. Priced per brick with a minimum per mobilisation. We can sample-match before you commit.
